It was an outdated, run-down building with breathtaking view, once in family of the owner of biggest forestry in the country. In spotlight for its heritage, yet, modernization proposed by the author was greatly applauded as exemplary even it was matter of fact a total redesign of exterior and interior preserving only the original fireplaces adding new one in the kitchen. All new facades, windows placement and detail, entry portico, view terrace and column – carried balcony garden side, all new layout and detail of interiors, taking in use attics and even basement including awesome wine cellar created from scratch and in smallest detail. It did masterly outcome an ambiance of continuity even with completely new design. All by author with realization under his complete management.
